Processed cytosine methylation maps of all samples in Zeng et al. (2012) are recorded in two different contexts, namely CpG and non-CpG contexts.
The compressed file "jzeng6_nonCG_methylation.tar.gz" records methylation at non-CpG context. It contain 6 files for each sample in this study, which are HS1570_methylation_nonCG.gff, HS1832_methylation_nonCG.gff, HS813_methylation_nonCG.gff, Y0404_methylation_nonCG.gff, Y0430_methylation_nonCG.gff and Y06147_methylation_nonCG.gff.
